Each of these apartments is equipped completely so your stay reminds you of a home you left behind. Perfect for both business and leisure visit to Brussels as the complex is placed right in the very heart of the city. You will find the famous Manneken Pis within a few minute walk, and public transportation a short stroll away. The building itself is a former warehouse, with brick walls, converted into an apartment residence complex, fitted with a lift, and modernized to a high standard. Some regular apartment amenities include: Iron & ironing board, hair dryer, bed linen & towels, dishwasher, Cable TV, DVD, vacuum cleaner, Internet connection (small extra fee applies), heating, cookware & kitchen utensils, crockery & cutlery, washing machine, cooker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, plates, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, coffee table, beds, sofas, shelves, and other furniture There is no reception in the building, so you'll have full privacy throughout your stay. Our office is located nearby, and we're there, if you need assistance. You will receive an email with contact details and full office address after your reservation is confirmed.NOTE: please contact us before you arrive anyway. We will arrange a meeting with you so your check-in is smooth. For your check-in please prepare a valid CC details, it will serve as a damage deposit. You can also leave a EUR 300 refundable cash deposit. City tax of EUR 4,33/night/apartment is not included in our prices, it will be collected from you at check-in and transferred to the city jurisdiction separately.
